Materials Accepted:
Ads are accepted on 1.4 MB floppy disks, CD-ROM, or via email to: greg.koseluk@debankers.com
Formats:
Ads are preferred in PDF files; however, TIFF files, and EPS files are also acceptable. All graphic files must be supplied in CMYK (not RGB), as close as possible to their final size with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. PDF files should be created in Acrobat Distiller 4.05 or higher. PDF files must be hi-resolution/press optimized. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF and be Type 1 (no Truetype). A proof (either faxed or sent) must be enclosed with all PDFs. Delaware Banker utilizes a computer-to-plate process; therefore, all ads should be supplied as computer files.
Dimensions:
Full-Page: 8.5" wide X 11" deep. Half-Page Vertical: 4.25" wide X 11" deep. Half-Page Horizontal: 8.5" wide X 5.5" deep. Quarter-Page: 4.25" wide X 5.5" deep
All pages are printed in four color. There is no additional charge for four color ads. All full-page ads may bleed, at no additional cost.
Deadlines:
Delaware Banker publishes four times a year in January, April, July, and October. Ad copy is due on the third of the month previous to publication.
Billing:
Invoices will be sent upon receipt of the ad and will be due within 30 days of the invoice date.
