
Human Resources Committee
The Human Resources Committee (HRC) is comprised of no less than ten (10) Human Resources executives from Financial Institution Members of the Delaware Bankers Association (DBA) who serve in three (3) year terms as appointed by the DBA Board of Directors.
The HRC meets at least quarterly to address Human Resources issues that impact DBA Members. The DBA Board member who serves on the Human Resources Committee reports to the Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting following each Human Resources Committee meeting, or to a Special Meeting as may be deemed necessary at the discretion of the Board. The RCC meetings are open to all DBA members who are interested in human resources issues.
The Mission of the Human Resources Committee is to serve as a forum to exchange and interpret human resources and related issues, and to provide education and informational sharing opportunities.
