DISCOUNT INFORMATION:
The DBA has arranged for a number of Deluxe guest rooms to be set aside at the Hotel du Pont at the discounted rate of $189 per night. The Hotel du Pont is located at 11th & Market Streets, Wilmington, DE 19801. www.hoteldupont.com

or (800) 441-9019. Please use the group reference #DBAT-1202 in order to receive the special group rate. The number of discounted rooms is limited and will be available on a "first come, first served" basis. Any reservations received after Tuesday, November 11, 2008 will be based upon the availability of both space and rate. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is Noon. If early arrivals and late departures are necessary, please let the hotel know if advance.

TRAIN DISCOUNT:
Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to Wilmington, DE between December 3 and December 9, 2008. To book your reservations, please call Amtrak at (800) 872-7245 or contact your corporate travel office. Please refer to Convention Fare Code X77T-943 to receive the 10% discount. The convention discount fare cannot be booked via Amtrak.com. This offer is not valid on Acela Express service or on the Amtrak Auto Train. Offer is valid with Sleeper accommodations, Business Class or First Class seating with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. Fare is valid on Amtrak Northeast Regional service for all departures seven days a week, except during holiday blackout dates.
