How deep should the trust officer look into the client's background, the source of funding and any entities in which the trust will be investing. What is the right balance between proactive and intrusive. Also to include practical discussions regarding the on-boarding of the trust document and the process for determining whether or not the trust as drafted fits within a particular banks’ policies, procedures and operational requirements. Can the trustee administer this particular trust from a practical perspective?
